137 basket thingy

there have been many renditions of this bag in the past years but here it is the no frills mate for the 137 wald basket.
well maybe a couple frills...

- seats perfect in the 137 basket
- internal 2way stretch sleeve pocket
- internal key clip
- x2 4way stretch out side pockets
- very water resistant roll top w/ mag buckles
- external side loops w/mag buckles
- 50"l x 3/4" shoulder strap w/ mag buckles
can attach to out side loops or roll top buckles
- semi solid structure means bags won't sag when emptyish
but can scrunch to accommodate other items in rack
- adjustable shock cord back
